Session Description
How do we even try to keep up with the constant changes of technology and social media? TikTok, Chat GPT, and the list goes on! It’s not just about keeping up — it’s about staying purpose-driven in our communications and community building. While perceptions and fears may exist about what is possible online, student affairs must strategically approach digital communication technologies with engagement and ways to transform our communities.
Josie will share her latest research alongside recent scholarship and discoveries that can be quickly translated into digital engagement practices the digital generation will respond to. From students, parents, and alumni to employees, this session offers impactful practices you can apply to connect with your audience online and on-campus.
