Is Student Affairs Ready for Influencer Marketing?
Whether on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, Influencers are everywhere. So, how can higher education better approach marketing and communications strategies to positively influence current and future students? In this session, three models of student influencer programs will be shared, from low-budget ambassador programs to paid influencer content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Developing Student Creators for Authentic Storytelling
No one can tell the genuine story of your institution online better than its students. However, finding and hiring the right students, providing timely training on digital strategy, and building trust over time are all challenging tasks. In this session, you will learn how to select students, build a robust training program, and construct a sustainable system to maintain a high-performing group of content creators.
