Renew Retreat Series

2023 Renew Graphic - A series of spacious and strategic half-day retreats for higher education digital communicators, marketers, and leaders.
2023 Renew Graphic - A series of spacious and strategic half-day retreats for higher education digital communicators, marketers, and leaders.
What is a Renew Retreat?

Renew brings higher ed professionals together in community, with each half-day retreat hosted by Dr. Josie Ahlquist, and a small group of facilitators. You’ll be guided through exercises, discussions, and self-care tools to get your 2023 started with positive energy and a plan for momentum.

Retreats are spacious and will offer dedicated time for reflection and a variety of strategies for replenishment, restoration, and recalibration.

Welcome from Renew Founder and Lead Facilitator, Dr. Josie Ahlquist

You deserve to feel heard, to feel appreciated — but it doesn’t have to stop there. You deserve to feel inspired.

I am so thankful to have you part of the second annual Renew retreat series. This program was born from the ever-so-obvious burnout I saw in higher education even before the pandemic, which continues today. I created this hub so you can find everything easily in one place – from materials, links and connections.
