Session Description

Disruptive and uncertain times call for changing how we approach campus marketing and communications. The pressure is mounting for MarComm to solve major problems from the enrollment cliff and student retention to DEI. But one can also not overlook the growing gaps in resources, staffing losses, and overall staff mental health. In light of these challenges, this session will talk honestly about what marketing leaders can do to build, maintain or entirely rebuild their institutional brand and reputation.
