In this session, three models of student influencer programs will be shared, from low-budget ambassador programs to paid influencer content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Sarah Molitoris

Associate Director, UCLA Transfer Student Center

Sarah Molitoris is the Associate Director of the UCLA Transfer Student Center. She’s been working at UCLA for just over 9 years & with the Transfer Center for 5 years now. Prior to working with the TSC she worked in Residential Life as a Resident Director. What brought her to UCLA was the Masters of Student Affairs program in the school of education, of which she is a proud alum.

Sarah is originally from Michigan and attended Michigan Tech for undergrad, majoring in Applied Ecology & Environmental Science, in the School of Forestry. After working in a lab focused on climate change for a couple years she quickly realized her passion was in working with college students and has worked in higher education ever since.

Outside of work, Sarah loves to bake, go thrifting around LA & spend time with her pug.

Tim Alexander

Resident Director, Chapman University, Residence Life and First-Year Experience (RLFYE)

Born and raised in Orange County, Tim found his calling in serving underrepresented, underserved, and under-resourced students. He discovered his passion for fostering inclusivity and belonging while pursuing his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). He pursued his Master of Science in Higher Education at CSUF, concurrently serving as a part-time graduate assistant in Residence Life and First-Year Experience at Chapman University in 2017.

Now, Tim has returned to his Chapman University family with zeal, assuming the role of a full-time Resident Director in RLFYE. He is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of global citizens through co curricular learning, facilitating successful transitions toward graduation, and most importantly, cultivating a safe, inclusive, and healthy community for all students.

Tim firmly believes that every student deserves a sense of belonging and strives tirelessly to create an environment where all students feel welcomed and supported. His college campus not only served as his educational institution but also became his figurative and literal home. Now, he feels immensely privileged to contribute to shaping a community he is proud to call his new home.

Rebekah Tilley

Assistant Vice President, University of Iowa Center for Advancement

Rebekah Tilley is the assistant vice president of communication and marketing for the University of Iowa Center for Advancement (UICA). In that role she supports fundraising and alumni engagement efforts for the university, including its CASE Gold winning Iowa Magazine, and serves UICA in a variety of strategic communication efforts.

Previously she was the director of strategic communication for the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and the director of communication for the University of Kentucky College of Law. She is a Kentucky native and a proud alum of the University of Kentucky.
